Heat Treatment Facilities.
Without proper heat treatment the wear resistance & dimensional stability of a gauge can not be achieved.
We use atmosphere controlled electrical furnaces for heat treatment. As the furnaces are electrical, they offer excellent & precise control on Heat treatment cycle. With electronic controlling & recording system the heat treatment cycle is mapped & recorded.
The heat treatment cycle is periodically validated, so that consistancy in microstructure is maintained.
