The manufacturing plant area is over 25,000 sq.feet,which houses battery of Top class machine Tools. These excellent facilities help us to produce gauges 'TRUE' to the thread specifications.

Thread Grinding Section
The Thread Grinding section is climate controlled & a temperature of 20 ± 1deg celcius is maintained. To achieve precision & Thread Grinding is performed in two stages, Rough - in which majority of material is removed & finish - in which accuracy & surface finish are achieved. For dimensional stability, after rough thread Grinding, gauges are stabilized before doing finish thread grinding.
