The manufacturing plant area is over 25,000 sq.feet,which houses battery of Top class machine Tools. These excellent facilities help us to produce gauges 'TRUE' to the thread specifications.

Manufacturing Facilities

  • We have Gauge Blanking, Heat Treatment, Thread Grinding, Cylindrical & Surface grinding facilities.
  • We extensiely use NC & CNC Technology at each stage of manufacturing.
  • Every produced gauge is first self inspected by operator combined with random inspection by Engineeres. 
  • Even the marking on gauge is done on computer controlled Fiber Optics Laser Machine.

Heat Treatment Facilities.

TRUTHREAD has in house modern, environment friendly Heat Treatment facilities which are different than traditional Salt bath furnaces.

Thread Grinding machines are sourced from world leaders like Matrix Grinding Technologies, UK and Reshauer, Switzerland.
