We are looking for a Male candidate of age between 35-45 years to head manufacturing operations at Bhosari, Pune.
We are NOT LOOKING for candidates with experience in Fabrication, Auto component Assembly, Forging, Casting, Die Casting. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE FROM THESE CATEGORIES.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire production process from planning to execution ensuring that production goals & customer’s delivery dates are met.
- Manufacturing operations including production & Quality Control.
- Build & lead a team of employees in production, maintenance & Quality Control/ Inspection.
- Motivate employees to achieve the targets.
- Monitor Production Planning, Scheduling & control manufacturing process.
- Monitor & co-ordination Inward, In-process & Final Inspection of manufactured products & to reduce Rejections.
- Monitor Equipment Maintenance Planning & execution in co-ordination with maintenance section.
- To maintain shop floor discipline, cleanliness & safety.
Must Have
- Education: DME / BE (Mech.)
- Minimum, hand on experience of 10-12 years in precision manufacturing/ machining
- Out of the total experience, minimum five years in managerial role.
- should have handled/ exposure to CNC Turning, VMC, Surface/ Cylindrical Grinding machines.
- Leadership Skills:
- Supervise & motivate employees involved in the manufacturing operations.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with ability to lead & motivate a diverse team.
Nice to have
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Problem Solving: Identify & resolve production related issues promptly to maintain workflow and efficiency.
- Knowledge & work experience in maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management system (QMS).
